Four charges have been laid following a crash in Upper Hutt that left three young people seriously injured.
An 18-year-old man is facing two charges of dangerous driving causing injury and two charges of causing injury while driving under the influence of drugs.
He is expected to appear in the Hutt Valley District Court on October 14.
The three people in the car, aged 18 to 21, were found with serious injuries following the crash on California Drive in the suburb of Tōtara Park on July 8.
Two were required treatment in intensive care at Wellington Regional Hospital.
